Quality
Products with controlled precision
Modern measuring and testing means such as, for example, a co-ordinated measuring machine, a profile sensor, profile projector, roughness measuring device and microscope belong to the standard kit of the Kortenbach testing and test laboratory and guarantee controlled product quality.

Carrying out a computer-supported FMEA is just as much a matter of course as the use of SPC-supported production processes. For this, all testing points are networked and store their data directly on the server from which a backup is made daily. At the request of the customer, 100% samples are integrated inline in the process alongside the periodic tests in the QRC system.
If an error arises, this is analysed according to the 8D system, simulated and eliminated permanently with the clear objective “zero repeat error“.

ENVIRONMENT
Consistent environmental management
Kortenbach GmbH has installed an environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 for a long time.
In addition to the legal security that such a system offers, the conservation of our resources is particularly important to us.
We use a mobile ultra-fine filter system to process our forming oils and water / oil emulsions. The high processing quality led to the consumption of the originally used substances being halved.
Right from the start of an inquiry, we support our customers in the development and work out the optimal use of resources together.
