A ) When visiting the website 

When you call up the website www.kortenbach.de, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your involvement and stored until automated deletion:

B ) Processing of your data as a business partner and as a non-business partner. 

We process your personal data if you are a business partner of the company. In this case, the data that is required for the fulfillment of the business partner relationship is processed in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO. A detailed explanation will be given when the business relationship is established. Data will only be passed on if this is necessary within the framework of the business relationship.

C ) Verarbeitung von über Formulare eingereichte Daten

Wenn Sie das Kontaktformular auf unserer Website nutzen oder uns eine E-Mail schreiben, werden die von Ihnen dort angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten von uns verarbeitet. The tracking measure used by us listed below is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. With the tracking measure used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the ongoing optimization of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measure to statistically record the use of our website and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are considered legitimate in the sense of the aforementioned provision.


For the purpose of demand-oriented design and ongoing optimization of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (www.Google.com) (hereinafter Google). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

In particular, you may request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;

pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, to request the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us;

In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.

VII. Reporting and notification obligations in the event of a personal data breach

In the event of a personal data breach, we are required to notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where possible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons (Article 33 GDPR).
