II. collection and processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use 

A ) When visiting the website 

When you call up the website www.kortenbach.de, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your involvement and stored until automated deletion:

    - IP address of the requesting computer,
    - Date and time of access,
    - Name and URL of the accessed file,
    - website from which the access is made, as well as
    - browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider

The aforementioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:

    - Ensuring a smooth connection setup of the website,
    - Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
    - evaluation of system security and system stability as well as
    - for other administrative purposes

 

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You can find more detailed explanations under section 4 of this declaration.
 

B ) Processing of your data as a business partner and as a non-business partner. 

We process your personal data if you are a business partner of the company. In this case, the data that is required for the fulfillment of the business partner relationship is processed in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO. A detailed explanation will be given when the business relationship is established. Data will only be passed on if this is necessary within the framework of the business relationship.

If a business relationship does not exist, but you nevertheless contact the responsible party - for example, by e-mail, the data processing is carried out within the framework of legitimate interest, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Only through such data processing is it possible for us to contact you.

C ) Verarbeitung von über Formulare eingereichte Daten

Wenn Sie das Kontaktformular auf unserer Website nutzen oder uns eine E-Mail schreiben, werden die von Ihnen dort angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten von uns verarbeitet. Diese Informationen werden von Ihrem Browser oder E-Mailclient übermittelt und in unseren informationstechnischen Systemen gespeichert. Mit dem Absenden von Anfrage- und Bewerbungsformularen erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass die von Ihnen bereitgestellten Informationen an POWr zur Verarbeitung in Übereinstimmung mit deren Datenschutzbestimmungen und Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen übertragen werden.

A ) Tracking Tool 

The tracking measure used by us listed below is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. With the tracking measure used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the ongoing optimization of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measure to statistically record the use of our website and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are considered legitimate in the sense of the aforementioned provision.


For the purpose of demand-oriented design and ongoing optimization of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (www.Google.com) (hereinafter Google). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

  - Operating system used,
  - Referrer URL (previously visited page),
  - Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),

are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Pursuant to Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, to revoke your consent - once given - at any time vis-à-vis us. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future;

to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;

pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, to request the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us;

pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation,

for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims;

in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if
the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and instead requests the restriction of the use of the personal data;

VI. right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.

VII. Reporting and notification obligations in the event of a personal data breach

In the event of a personal data breach, we are required to notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where possible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons (Article 33 GDPR).

If the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the personal rights and freedoms of natural persons, we shall notify the data subject of the breach without undue delay (Art. 34(1) GDPR), unless such notification is not required under Art. 34(3) GDPR.
